The systematic Technical and Clinical training of the clinical department of CPO Innova is an ongoing process. The systems are delivered to hospitals, private clinics, and individual doctors in full operation, and the company undertakes free training for the Doctors, Nursing staff, or operators for as long as needed, both in operation and clinical applications.

CPO Innova has an organized Technical Support Department with specialized and certified Biomedical Technology Engineers for the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems in Greece and Cyprus.

The technical department of CPO Innova operates according to the company's working hours as follows:

Monday to Friday: 08:30am – 16:30pm

Both the central office in Athens and the branches have a complete stock of spare parts and consumables for the immediate and effective support of the systems and equipment.
