Surgical CO2 Fractional Laser
What is Prisxmel?
Advanced CO2 Fractional Laser
The state-of-the-art Prisxmel CO2 Fractional laser from Estelaze Korea works by emitting microbeams (μm) of laser with a wavelength of 1060nm, creating microthermal columns at a predetermined distance, with the ability to adjust their number depending on the area to be treated. The Prisxmel delivers the laser energy to its target, i.e., the tissue, using a dual pulse known as Smart Pulse.
More specifically, in the first phase, a high-power, short-duration pulse (sublimation pulse) leads to the sublimation of thin superficial layers of soft skin tissues, reaching the ideal depth.
In the second phase, a low-power, long-duration pulse (thermal pulse) sends the required thermal energy to the appropriate tissue depth, stimulating fibroblasts, resulting in angiogenesis and collagenogenesis.
Finally, these processes lead to long-term tissue remodeling and regeneration, minimizing the risk of damage or side effects, making Prisxmel the laser of choice for treating most skin conditions and damages.
