History

The company Innova Medical was founded on June 29, 1999, in Athens, with its headquarters in the Municipality of Nea Ionia, specifically at Eleftheriou Venizelou Street 63-71.
The company’s objective is the import, export, and trade of medical devices and scientific instruments, offering medical solutions and treatment methods through exclusive representation of internationally recognized manufacturers, providing clinical and technical support at every stage. Since 2024, the company has proudly been a member of the CPO Group, a leading organization with a long history and strong presence in the health and wellness sector, enhancing its capabilities by offering more comprehensive and high-quality solutions to its clients.
From 2025, a new era begins for the CPO Group and for Innova Medical with a new corporate identity: CPO Innova. At the core of our new identity is the symbol of rebirth and continuous evolution, reflecting our commitment to putting people at the center. Our new logo, featuring the peacock—a symbol of Hera, the ancient goddess of family and care—represents our philosophy of growth, innovation, and excellence. Our renewed identity affirms our commitment to continue providing reliable products and services that make a difference.

Growth

The initial activity of the company was entering the medical market with more effective clinical methods and products in the field of aesthetic dermatology, plastic, and vascular surgery, starting with an exclusive representation agreement in Greece and Cyprus with Candela Medical from the United States, a leader in the field of Aesthetic Medicine for over two decades.
Very soon, in the same year, Innova Medical expanded its product range, introducing high-quality diagnostic equipment to the medical market in the field of neurology in partnership with Natus from the United States (formerly Medtronic/Dantec, Denmark), MagVenture and other leading companies in the medical industry.
Following successful results and a carefully designed strategy, the company gradually further developed its product range and activities, securing new exclusive representation agreements with other international companies such as Sinclair EBD and more recently with the French company Deleo. As a result of its steady and successful course, the company today offers a wide range of solutions and products in the fields of Aesthetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Neurology, and Urology.
Since 2024, as a member of the CPO Group, Innova Medical proudly acquired a new corporate identity and is now called CPO Innova. CPO Greece is a leading importer, exclusive representative, and B2B distributor of international brands in the fields of Health, Beauty, Personal Care, and Food in Cyprus and Greece. With key activities in the fields of Medicine, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and Cosmetics & Fragrances, the company has built a strong reputation as a leader, trusted partner, and reliable distributor in these vital industries.

Facilities

The company’s facilities consist of office spaces, an organized Sales department, computerizedAccounting, a warehouse with full stock of spare parts and consumables, as well as a fully equippedTechnical Support department. There is also a specially designed area for product demonstrations. Thebusiness spans a total area of 600 sq.m. Additionally, the company has a branch offering completeservices in the city of Thessaloniki, located at Andrianopoleos Street 14.

CPO Innova has established as its policy the achievement and maintenance of high standards across its entire range of products. These standards are aligned with the principles and requirements of the most modern and accepted applications and practices, with a focus on and goal of RELIABILITY, and the SATISFACTION of both customers and employees.
The improvement of provided services, research and release of new products, and staff training is an ongoing process.
To meet these requirements, appropriate procedures have been established and implemented to ensure that only quality and approved products are released and made available to the market.

Our people

CPO Innova currently employs 25 staff members who operate across the Sales, Technical Support, Clinical Support, Warehouse, and Accounting departments in Athens and Thessaloniki. The company’s technical and clinical support departments are made up of eight highly trained Biomedical Technology Engineers and Aestheticians in Athens, and three (3) in the Northern and Central Greece regions.

CPO Innova, as an economic entity of Medical Technology Products, can operate as an exclusive commercial representative, importer, and distributor. The company's Quality Policy is as follows:

To provide products and services that meet customer requirements as outlined in the offers/contracts signed, while keeping costs at competitive levels.
To ensure that customer requirements and expectations, taking into account the obligations arising from contracts, including legislative and regulatory requirements, are identified and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
To employ staff selected based on the criteria and requirements of each position, as well as their willingness to participate in the company's vision.
To implement a continuous training and development program for staff by specialized trainers.
To utilize modern technology and continuously update the equipment in use.
To systematically monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
To implement Quality Objectives effectively through their management.
To ensure that the company’s name guarantees the quality of services provided.

To achieve the above, the company has documented and applies a Quality Management System, in compliance with the requirements of the standards EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and applicable legislation (Ministerial Decision ΦΕΚ 32/16-01-2004, KAN 745/2017), covering all activities that impact the quality of services provided and its relationships with customers.

This Quality Policy applies to all employees of the company and across all of its business activities, and is implemented in compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.

This Policy is also available to all external stakeholders for their information. The policy has the approval of the Management and is binding for all internal and external stakeholders of CPO Innova.

Anti Bribery Policy

CPO Innova, in line with its commitment to financial integrity, reliability, and adherence to ethical principles, recognizing the negative impact any potential involvement in bribery would have on the image and reputation of the company, establishes this "Anti-Bribery Policy" with the following objectives:

To identify external and internal issues related to bribery risks.
To establish specific principles and rules for the prevention, deterrence, and elimination of bribery.
To ensure the maintenance of a high level of ethical behavior during the company's operations.
To comply with the current legislative and regulatory framework concerning measures to avoid bribery.
To communicate anti-bribery principles to both internal and external stakeholders.
To maintain employee vigilance so they can recognize and, consequently, avoid actions related to bribery.
To encourage confidential reporting of any suspicions of bribery without fear of retaliation, through appropriate communication channels that ensure the protection of individuals and the proper investigation of the reported incident.
